What is the Supply chain?
We can talk about the supply chain in different dimensions; An organization supply chain or a given category of the product supply chain.
Sometimes you may hear different experts referring to the Supply chain as; a Network, Channel, or a system, and all of these are correct descriptors of the Supply chain.
The Supply chain is a complex network between an organization, its suppliers, vendors, customers, and also coherently the entire network of outbound and inbound facilities and systems within where its finished goods, materials, people, information, and resources seamlessly flow forward or reversely.
